📩 If a seat comes free we email you and hold it for 24 hours. After that it goes to the next person, which is the only fair way to do it.

Keep the paid PJ Party product visible and sold out rather than hiding it. A sold-out listing is social proof and it is how people find their way to the waitlist. Put a line at the top of the PJ Party description pointing at it.
Want me to add this to the CSV as product 21, and set up matching waitlists for Lights Out and Murder Mystery? Those two have eight and eighteen seats, so they are the next most likely to fill.
