House Initiation
A ceremonial assignment during Open Court — in person at our Gràcia bookstore or via Instagram Live. Sir Knotsalot presides over each initiation.

Early booking for select events, workshops, and limited-capacity gatherings before they open to the public.
House Channel
A private space for your House — announcements, coordination, internal discussions, and strategy.
Court Library
Access to curated titles within the shared Court Library — stories that circulate inside the community.
Earn House Points
Earn points through purchases, readings, challenges, and events. Rivalry builds legacy.
House-Only Gatherings
Exclusive meetups, challenges, and internal House activities throughout the year.
Traveling Book
A single book passed hand to hand between members, building a shared legacy with every reader.
The Traveling Book
A single book, passed from member to member. Each reader leaves their mark. When the journey ends, the book retires into the library — and becomes part of a permanent legacy.
House Traveling Book
Each House carries one Traveling Book at a time, chosen by majority vote of the House Council.
- Must come from A Romance Court's store collection
- May be in English or Spanish
- Reading order determined by the House Council
- Members pass the book from one to the next
- Once all members have read it, the book retires
It becomes part of the House's permanent legacy.
Court Traveling Book
In addition to House books, each Court carries one Traveling Book. Courts are genre-based communities that cross House lines:
Each Court Traveling Book follows the same circulation structure and becomes part of that Court's evolving library once completed.

Solstice Realignment
Changing Houses
Allegiance is not permanent. Twice a year — during the Solstice Parties — the veil is thinner. Members may request realignment during these ceremonies.
