4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in euros (€).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Spanish law.

  • Payment is required at checkout.

  • We accept the payment methods offered through Shopify.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by such errors.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • This email does not constitute acceptance of your order until payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, including those suspected of resale or misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs delays for international orders

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Events, Workshops & Book Clubs

  • All event tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

  • Some events may be bilingual (English & Spanish).

  • For hybrid events, online access details (e.g. Google Meet links) are provided as described on the product page.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules or formats.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and designs — is the property of A Romance Court or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
