At A Romance Court, we carefully pack and ship every order so it arrives safely at its destination. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During busy periods (launches, holidays, special events), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

  • Selected European countries

💶 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties are handled according to Spanish and EU regulations.

⏰ Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for certain destinations)

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

📬 Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

⚠️ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries where the carrier cannot access the address

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

💔 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • Then contact us so we can assist in opening a claim

🎁 Special Items & Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are shipped once all items in the order are available.

  • Orders containing book boxes or limited editions may ship slightly later due to careful packing.
